I just searched google and I can't find it. Sorry. But it's not very hard at all.....just a few registry keys wink.gif Seems Microsoft would rather put together one OS and just limit it's functions for some versions.

I found it. It took two google searches though one search for XP to .net server which got me the patches name and then a quick search for the patch name. It comes with a warning about using it with NT4 and 2000. But also has a specific warning about XP Pro it says that it should work to turn XP Pro to a "Windows Whistler Server" but it wouldn't be completely functional so not to do it if your not willing to reinstall your operating system. I suggest not switching a XP Pro to server as most sites with information on the patch say it creates a memory leak when you do that. Although there don't seem to be problems going from server to XP Pro.
I won't post a link to it cause that would be against Invision Boards rules but I assume I can post the name of the file its NTSwitch.

Edit: added info on memory leak.

See. I remember hearing bout the memory leak issue. The point is that basically whether your OS is Pro or Home depends on a few entries in the registry wink.gif
