have you guys seen the pics or tested out the windows 7? It looks pretty good. I saw a demo of it somewhere and it looks exactly like windows vista.

I have seen some screenshots of it and read a little about it. But from what I have read about it I may stick with Vista. Seems they are taking a lot out of Windows 7 like the mail program (which I use) and a few other things I can't recall right now. mf_Flush.gif Others though may like Windows 7 for the reasons I don't like it.

It seems like Vista was released not that long ago. I just got all the bugs worked out then Microsoft wants to release another? I think I will just stick with Vista for now. Unless I buy a new computer that has Windows 7 on it already. wink.gif

I agree with you on that, Vista is not all that bad as everyone makes it out to be, it just uses resources so you need a powerful computer.

I have heard a lot of bad about Vista. But I liked it as soon as I installed it. Once I worked the bugs out of course.

The main problem I had with it was with my ATI 9800 Pro video card. After working with the problem for several weeks, I finally got it working if not better then it worked before on XP.

I remember when XP was released. It was the same old thing with people complaining how this and that did not work right. But now, everyone thinks XP had no problems when it 1st came out. laugh.gif People seem to forget things rather quickly. unsure.gif

I think Microsoft is always trying to bank on that...thats why they have patches and service packs biggrin.gif

I agree and not forgetting PC manufactures who ‘tailor make’ PC’s to comply with the next Microsoft release thus the circle begins again. As for mentioned above, with every new MS OS release, out comes a bigger and more powerful computer.
I like Vista very much but how come four versions (or how many it is?). You would think with so many versions on the go which in turn produces so many more service packs and patches, Microsoft would have enough to think about, let alone start on a new OS? mellow.gif

I didnt read the entire article but i believe it says 300 million for the entire campaign and 10 million went to seinfeld..the ads were so bad that they quickly pulled them off the air.
