I believe this to be one of my best yet. A professional look with extra attention to detail. There are some new things I tried for the first time on this one but it does not seem to have any bugs..<br><br>I hope you enjoy it and please feel free to comment here or by e-mail andor by PM.

I liked all of bfarber's suggestions, so I:
1.fixed the bug in the Quicklaunch font color, now black instead of white.
2. startmenu highlight color is now grey instead of brown
I also noticed that the Captions were not quite centered so I centered them.
and...TaDa it's done.
