Bfarber.com has added two Window Blinds sections in the download section. One section is for WindowsXP and the other is for Vista. If you are an author and would like to submit a Window Blinds skin please feel free to do so.
We are still currently working on the upgrade. Hopefully soon we will have the link section and tutorial section up. There are a few images that do not match the skin or do not show. I will take care of those a little later.
