I'm very glad to hear it's running quick. From reports, I've heard 1.3 is the quickest version ever (even WITH all it's features). I'm on cable internet, so it's hard to judge...but I haven't had any problems.
Let me know if it slows down any...other than that, glad to hear it's moving good.

How do you upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3, I am trying but i dont want to mess up anythings, all i know is you do it through the FTP..

You first upload all the new files to your site.
Then go to http://youdomain.com/upgrade6.php (you must upload this too...it's found in the Tools and Scripts folder) and hit next a couple times.
Lastly, upgrade any skins you want to keep and reinstall any lost mods. That's it.

Your post seems cut off.
In any event, I wouldn't worry about skin compatibility one bit...but we'll get to that in a second.
Many mods you won't have to reinstall. A Fast Reply (the same one you use on my board) is built into 1.2/1.3. The overall site design is just slicker and cleaner, and many features were added, so a lot of what you want is already there.
As for skins...there is a skin comparison tool in the admin cp of v1.3 where-by you can upgrade just about ANY skin. I've heard reports that 1.0.1 skins will even upgrade through this (only some of course). I've heard most 1.1.X skins will upgrade too through this (but be prepared to lose your mods using this tool). If you run a 1.2 skin through this, it will upgrade your skin to 1.3 without the loss of any mods (though you will have to reinstall every source file edit...and if you overwrite your lang files when you upgrade as you should, you'll have to redo those edits too 
).
Don't worry bout it...not much has changed, yet the upgrade was easy...that's why I chose to do it.
