I have recently tried many times to install the ipb portal this site provides me. I followed all instructions written in installation guide

-I uploaded all files
-I chmoded the ones that needed
-And I edited all files to make it in index.php and on main root of ipb

But when I go to index.php I get this error:



I think the problem is I didn't activate it from the ACP, but the problem is that I can't find it. All I find in the general settings is the IPB portal from Invision, not bfarber's.
I really don't know what to do plz help.
