Help with Portal 2.2.3, Urgent

I have attempted to install the Portal by doing the Bare Minimum install then moved onto the Full Integration(portal inside forum root).
After editing the index.php,admin.php,admin_pages.php and class_display.php and uploading them. I now receive this error when attempting to go to my site.
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: skin_bfportal in /home/baileyj/domains/legendofrsd.com/public_html/sources/functions.php on line 601
It talks about skin_bfportal, I have that file but no where in the instructions does it talk about that file or where to put it. I tried putting it in the skin_cache folders, but still no luck.
Anyone have any ideas?
