I got this really annoying problem with my CD drive. Here is the info in my DxDiag file...
Drive: D:
Model: TSSTcorp DVD-ROM TS-H352A
Driver: c:\windows\system32\drivers\cdrom.sys, 5.01.2600.2180 (English), 8/3/2004 22:59:54, 49536 bytes
Drive: E:
Model: NERO IMAGEDRIVE2 SCSI CdRom Device
Driver: c:\windows\system32\drivers\cdrom.sys, 5.01.2600.2180 (English), 8/3/2004 22:59:54, 49536 bytes
First thing I noticed is that I only have one CD/DVD RW Drive. That is D. E doesn't exist!
.
The problem is that, my drive recognises normal discs, ie, Games, Music, DVD's. But it will not recognise blank CD's, and therefore I cant burn music. Its really annoying me, I've tried loads of discs. Is there a solution to this problem?. I though maybe one of the cables has fallen out.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Otherwise, if you are running Win 95, 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, 2000 Pro -- you may need to get a newer driver.
