I have tried adding your Links System 2.1.5 and everything seems to go well except and until I go to the ACP>Manage User Groups, and turn on all the buttons to “Yes” in the Links System Permission area, then click “Complete Edit”.

I receive the following mySQL error:


mySQL query error: UPDATE ibf_groups SET

mySQL error: Unknown column 'g_attach_per_post' in 'field list'


It would seem that this column ('g_attach_per_post') is missing in the “ibf_groups” table.

I am trying to install this mod onto a IPB(Trial) v2.0.0 PF 1.

Question: Can I just add the needed “column” to the “ibf_groups” table?

Or, is there an easier work around for this?

This column, I assume, is something that came after “PF1”.

This problem has nothing to do with the link system..

but u can try adding in the column by putting this in SQL Toolbox

I had to change the code to match my version of mySQL, but other than that, it took care of the problem for me. Added the column and now Link Systems is UP & RUNNING.
