Quick access to online locations

Why open Google every time you want to search for something on the Internet when you can do the same right from within your browser. Many common Internet searches can be performed quickly using the "go" shortcut. For this, open IE and click on search. In the Search For bar, type “go email”. This will automatically bring up a form for searching for a person's email.

Another option to speed up web searches and webpage loading is to add the address bar to your taskbar or desktop. To do this, simply right click on your task bar and select Toolbars->Address Bar. Then you will have an address bar built into your explorer shell.
