Has anyone heard of aston its a shell for your desktop. It makes windows run much faster and more efficiently and keeps you more organized. Everyone should try it out.

I've heard of it/seen it, but I won't use it for a couple reasons.

#1...explorer.exe is built into Windows by MS. My opinion is that the shell MS built is going to run better than 9/10 others.

#2...I'm used to Windows the way it is. tongue.gif

#3...other shells are a pain right in the butt to get setup running smoothly, and properly, configured how you want them.

In the end, it's a personal choice, but I prefer Windows the way it is.. (well, sorta hehehe)

LOL I have the aston shell the way i like it i only use it for playing games. I use the normal windows shell for internet.
I like both for different reasons. And i like to try something new. :pokethemonkey:

I took a small look at Aston, and it looks like a decent shell. There's one catch: the time and patience it appears to take to configure. I may use it and I may not, depends if I'm in a patient mood to sit down with it.

@Dark...I know right. tongue.gif

@Montrell, that's exactly my problem with it, is the time and patience you need to configure it. While it gives you more flexibility, I'm just too busy to bother. tongue.gif
