ok... I've installed the beta version of SP2
so now I'm running Windows XP Professional SP2...
It took about an hour and a half from start to finish installing SP1
the first thing i have found is that stylexp doesnt work on sp2 
.. still they tell me that they are releasing an updated version soon...
SP2 now has a half decent firewall although I have elected to stay with norton (now theres a surprise)
Internet Explorer now has an option to block pop up windows 
.. about time!
everything is running very well .. it seems more stable than SP1 ...

The popup blocking is awesome man. I've heard the firewall has been very much improved...but still cannot beat a specialized firewall app or hardware.

MSN Search now offers a a tool ber with a built in pop-up blocker... it works real good... http://toolbar.msn.com/ try it.

no need mate .. not when ie6 sp2 already has it in
i will be offering SP2 as a download from my site pretty soon if it continues to impress the hell out of me lol
