Hi2all.
I have installed a portal and have not found out adjustments in ACP-> Components-> Portal System-> Settings.
How it to correct?

I think you failed to upload the XML file through the ACP -- reason I think that is that file is where all of the settings are imported from.
Go through your install instructions and make sure you have uploaded all files according to the instructions.
If you need further assistance, PM me with FTP info and I will need ACP priviledges for about an hour -- that would allow me to make sure it is properly installed

And where it was necessary to upload files from folder Documentetion\xml?
I have understood it and there are files for adjustments in ACP.
