All visual styles (.msstyle format) require the use of a third-party application such as TGT Soft's "StyleXP" or TuneUp Software's "TuneUp Utilities" in order to run them. In lieu of these applications, a modified/patched UXtheme.dll will also accomplish this. Such as the patch offered through Neowin.Net.
